So there is this guy at school who asks to borrow my ipod a lot so when he does he returns it back a day or two later but this time its almost two weeks and he says he keeps "forgetting". Can I report him as theft because he refuses to turn it in? Oh yea and this happen at school. HELP ME OUT!
