it starts before the TV Series, When Capt Kirk and Spock were younger, but the whole premiss of the story is that the time line is changed because someone came back from the future and changed the course of "star trek" history. You dont need to understand much of the original series story line...

if you think about it, you could compare it to a really horrible job in which you get paid 2 mil a year...it would depend on the conditions of the jail, though. How about 1 mil for 6 months? that would be more tempting.

that didn't occur to me when I saw the commercial. I think donkeys were chosen because they are funny animals. I think your "racism radar" might be a bit to sensitive. I cant see a company purposefully doing what you think they did. its not worth the lawsuits.
