I know its two but one by the fuel tank but I dont know where the other is

It jerk every now and then between 2nd & 3rd gear. If Im pressing on the gas pedal it will do that but if Im not on the gas it will not jerk and it happen the most when Im trying to climb a hill.

I want to start a website and I will be the only one that will run it. Also I would like to know where should I look on web page design? And would anybody know how much this would run?
