    If we brought back the death penalty, what would happen?

    i am actually all for the death penalty we discussed this at university a couple of years back. when there is no confession and we are not sure 100% that the crime took place then the criminal should just be imprisoned. however for people like joseph fritzl who locked his daughter for 24 years...
