So other people hears me good but when someone says something to me i can't hear it them so good just a very slowly sound of that person voice what can be the problem?

So i can connect to my headset but when i play music doesnt hear in the headset hears on the cellphone speakers only when someone calls me or i call someone i can hear in headset how i can make to hear music too in my headset ? thanks for help
