    I am applying for a new Job, but my current employer has been very good to me so I want to leave with a two week notice. But that leaves me with an issue what do I put for the Soonest Start Date on job applications. (With the job I'm applying for the application process is just a formality)

    What temperature should you cook BBQ Ribs at if your cooking them in the oven?

    Ok so I use to work at Bob Evans, and we had the best ribs, They slow cooked them for 9 hours in the oven, but I cant remember the Temp that we cooked them at, so If anybody knows or has an Idea I would sure appreciate it
