Nothing stops you from buying another Apple if/when they add some actual features to the phone.. ;) (Think: 3g, GPS, video recording, unrestricted access to 3rd party applications (w/o voiding warranty), or even a decent Bluetooth stack..)

Should be, considering you pay nothing for the actual phone and there's no activation fuss as with the iPhone. The Fuze should sell easily for over $300 since the refurb units are typically like-new.

Let's say the carrier is Vodafone Portugal, and I guess it's GSM. I have nothing against doing my homework, I'm just looking for suggestions from people who may be doing the same thing or something similar with their phones. That and I know absolutely nothing about cell phones in general...
