I have a 2003 silverado z71 with stock rim/tire configuration. How many miles per gallon will i lose if i change to a 17'' or 18'' rim and a 32'' or 33'' tire? Will this mess up my transmission? Would i need to reset my speedometer?

Just wondering what people think. I know not much has been revealed about the LG Ally and the HTC Incredible has been released already. Personally I think HTC makes some of the best smart phones around but LG makes great phones also. What do you guys think?
