you only capitalize the first and last words, nouns, adjectives, adverbs, and verbs. prepositions or non-important words aren't capitalized (unless it is the 1st or last word)

that happens to me too. usually the shown amount of people online lags behind the actual amount. when you click on the chat thingy, it updates right away, which usually gets the result of nobody online because they just signed off or something
