Why Do the winds of a cyclone curve to the left in the *northern hemisphere*

I am 13 ,5'4" and somewhere around 135 pounds. I love sports and i am currently playing lacrosse right now mon-fri two hours a day. then after that i am running the treadmill for atleast a half an hour a night. I also play soccer but not currently. Im a vegetarian but i guess in a loose sense...
