    last fall as i squeezed something in my hand, got sharp pain?

    What would cause a sharp pain from holding something tightly in one hand, that shot up inner arm to shoulder , down to side to about line where bra is? went to doctor, said must have pulled muscle, just temporary, but still have & now says live with it! Want to know what it is, why still feels...

    waht is normal charge for good buffet/dinner at restaurant for group fund raising?

    want to raise funds for good cause, ahve good place for buffet/dinner, great food, is issue as to what to charge, places add on gratuity, plus want to make money as well. Normal seems to be 5o, other say lowert o 25-30 which seesm bad idea as we will not make much mkoney.. any idea on this...
