I recently purchased a Chrysler 300c, and I can now understand the map facility. However, whenever the VoiceOver attempts to give directions, the radio plays and the voice directions cannot be heard. I have searched the menu etc. and I can't see how to turn the radio off without turning the sat...

For a CV type thing, or online application, is it best to use a serious photo, or one of you smiling, or a 'funny'-ish one that shows you have personality? (I'm not talking like anything stupid, just like a slightly crazy smile or laugh etc.)
