My Chrysler Sebring started making a ticking noise after I start it. It doesn't start right away, but after it's been running for a couple of minutes. It also makes a rattling noise when I first accelerate to about 20 mph. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

I've been told that it does, and I've been told that it doesn't...I'm just curious now and would really appreciate an answer.
