Everytime I cook marinated chicken in a pan, the sauce ends up burning and turns sort of sticky. The burnt sauce gets on the chicken and makes it taste really burnt. I heat the pan with some oil inside, then place the chicken in the pan. Am I doing something wrong? I use a teflon pan so does...
