I'd say OEL manga, or "manga-style" American comic....I've read a couple volues...the storyline was decent,but the character designs weren't that interesting ...to me, main character Luna looks like CLAMP's character Sakura (from Cardcaptor Sakura and Tsubasa Chronicle) with longer hair....
