    Why won't my sidekick slide charge correctly?

    I just got an sidekick slide from my friend (i don't think there's nothing wrong with it) but i try to charge it but it won't charge when it's on. I can only charge it when it's off. How can I make it charge when it's on? And I have myfaves plan but I can't find my myfaves circle on the phone...
