    because then they would lose money on xbox and xbox 360 sales if they did that. why have an expensive console if someone can just buy a computer.

    how do I play ROM games on my computer emulators and such?

    download an actual emulator first, such as znes or something. next, download the rom and put it in a folder somewhere (you don't have to, but i like to be organized). then open up your emulator, go to file, then open, and select the ROM file. that's how emulators work
