I don't mind the pop-ups too much because I'd like to use wi-fi wherever a hotspot is available, so I do switch fairly frequently between wi-fi and 3G.
The 6650 HAS a GPS chip (and it's a darned fast one too - quick locks with Google Maps and AT&Ts Telenav) that is assisted in its initial fix by Cell info (which I think is all A-GPS means, someone correct me if I'm wrong!)
I use mine with GMaps (fixes within 20-40 feet) and the Google Symbian...
the galaxy player on Android with 200k apps is far more compelling than those mp3 players that don't have apps or an ecosystem. google has a cloud music service coming in 2011. this will be the first real ipod touch competitor.

Why do they keep the CGI/Live action thing?
Nothing I suppose, but aside from the possibility of the audience being lost, why else would they want the episodes to work so that they can be aired in any order?

The good news: it's by Mitchell Hurwitz (yes, the Arrested Development guy) and uses some of the AD cast.
The even better news: it's NOT about a family.
I think this, Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter show the pitfalls of trying to turn tournament fighting games into a TV show. If you at least kept in some of the complexities you'd have luck, but turning it into a general good vs evil story just makes for awkward teams.
