I had indian food for lunch, and I had about a plate and a half
a big spoonful of rice with spinich on top
a couple big spoonfuls of this potatoe turnip thing
a big spoonful of rice pudding
this thing that looked like a donut whole but wasnt (sorry dont know what it was)

I had about two searvings of oatmeal, about one bowl, and now im stuffed. is oatmeal good for you? so i also added a little bit of hunny. is that bad for me, since I ate a lot, and now im extremely full? will it make me gain weight?
i had a bowl of cereal 150 calories 15 grapes i dont know how many calories and a peanut butter sandwich which is about 300, is that okay if i want to lose weight i've beeen doing it for about a week
