    Hard to get around chatting rules, takes very little to get over the line. I am guilty a lot but someone doesn't rat me off. If you ask or receive too much useless or personal info, you are chatting.

    I met a kid of 18 that wants to work. His family life prevented him from attending regularly and he finally dropped out. He has no funds but has desire to get it all together. Any one know of a way? He is in Oklahoma.
