Not if you're a frequent traveller like me. I have 2 x E51, set-up identically, except that my "home" phone always retains my home SIM, while my "travel" phone gets a prepaid destination SIM inserted.
I also enter destination appointments in my "travel" phone, which is preset to my destination...
