    Does the Army BAH start date begin on the day of the cermony or Certificate date?

    We got married in early May, turned in paperwork in late June... we were back paid. Also, make sure you're getting BAS or they will need to back pay that also! We went two years without getting that (didn't know we were supposed to)!
