Should the yellow cap with the spring thing be on the radiator or should the red flat cap be on the radiator?

I'm looking at an older Ford Focus with the Blaupunkt stereo. How does it sound? I haven't gone and looked at the car yet, but the stereo is important to me.

Sometimes the airbag light comes on in our 2006 Ford Fusion. Any idea why this is happening? The light isn't always on and will go out if you turn the car off and turn it back on.

The car won't go over 20 on a hill; like it's not shifting gears. Also on the highway, the car jerks at certain times when the car is in overdrive. Does this sound like a transmission problem
