Yes it is a great choice, something a little different.
I would serve it warm other wise the marshmallows get kinda hard after they cool. And the sugar gets grainy.
I would do it low and slow. About 325 for 3-5 hours. Cover your pan with a lid or foil to keep meat moist. time will depend on the size of the roast.
Make sure and brown your meat well before you put it in the oven. Do not keep checking and lifting lid during cooking.
1st do yourself a favor and dump the cooking wine. Cooking wine is horrible and will ruin a great meal
Buy yourself a $5-8 bottle of Red Wine and cook with that and serve the rest with your meal.
