    What is the best time of day to hike up Manoa Falls, or does it even matter?

    It doesn't much matter but I would suggest you go earlier in the morning rather than later so that you can enjoy the hike. If you are hiking in November, I would strongly suggest you bring along your "junk" hiking shoes, waterproof jacket and be prepared to get dirty and muddy as the weather...
