when i flex my hand as if to make a claw sort of look, there is a sharp pain in the middle of my palm. i also felt it when i reached for a pitcher of lemonade. i feel it a lot when i write as well. does anyone have an idea of what it could be? im a 15 year old girl so i dont think its athritis...
