    how do i update the firmware on my nokia 5800 xpress music? it keeps asking me for...

    ...user name and password?!?!? i have a blue nokia 5800 RM-356 version 21.0.025 language set to 9 i will ask me for a user name and a password and i have no idea what it is can somebody tell me step by step how to update my firmware to the latest one many many thanks much obliged
