I am interested in buying some new road bike Tyre's. I have 700c wheels, and i have been looking at some Tyre's. What is the second part of the size mean. ie; 700c x "23"? also any recommendations for Tyre's would be help full. I have around £40 to spend on a pair. Thanks.
