Hi all, I have a TJM but cant find the book that goes with it. Could someone could take a look and advise me of the amount of time takes for 1kg soft fruit like blueberries to express juice for making jelly. I would also grateful for the timings for 1 kg hard fruit with citrus peel in as well...

My next door neighbour has a lovely little cat but it is a terrific hunter and is killing all the birds in my garden, It has killed 2 pairs of nesting robins this year and is now working its way through the baby ducklings we have on the pond. [Had 13 now just 5 left] I've also caught it lurking...
