Ok so my Panasonic Palmcorder PV-L679 is not turning on. The last time it was used was maybe a year or 2 ago. The first time it didn't work, I charged the battery. It's charged now, and it's still not turning on. The battery is in correct, and the manual didn't help me. How can I fix it?

...How do I fix this? I like to play Cityville on Facebook, but when I get on Cityville (Facebook is fine) it either says that i could not display it, or the page shows up but the game doesn't. And 90% of the time on YouTube videos it'll try to load, but it says "An error occurred. Try again...
