I can see where you're confused. I think they're saying no jeans in a blue color. But you can wear black jeans. Just nothing that looks too casual... because blue jeans are very casual looking. Black jeans are a lot fancier

I don't really shop there, but I know forever21 has some great stuff. And they're really cheap too... obviously, it's not as good as UO, but it comes pretty close.
