So I'm trying to lose weight and I've always heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
So here it is:
1 cup 2% milk with half a cup of oatmeal(no sugar added)
1 banana to replace the sugar
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs(I'll eat eggs once in a while)
and lately I've been making fruit...
Im dling music thru windows media player and I changed the song format to mp3 and wma and every time I insert the cd in my car I get this loud annoying sounds.I'm burning the songs onto a CD-R cd.Could that be the problem or am I just not correctly changing the formats?
I'll change the format...
