    What medical condition is it when somebody is born with only 4 fingers on

    each hand (3 fingers and a thumb)? Think like the Simpson's hand I guess, with 3 fingers on each hand, but other than that it's pretty normal.

    Who do I contact in order to enlist in the IDF (Israel Defense Forces)?

    I have Israeli citizenship, but because I live abroad (in the United States), I have obtained an exemption from the Israeli Consulate. I still want to serve in the IDF. I would like to serve 1-2 years after I finish college (in 1-2 yrs), and postpone the 3rd yr ( of the 3 years required by men)...
