how do you upgrade modems with att if I have not upgraded in years?
Have had SBC Yahoo DSL since 2003. We got upgraded to a new, faster DSL supposedly a year ago. However, we did not get a new modem or anything, and download speeds max at 300 kb per seconds? Can we get an upgrade from ATT for free (now that sbc yahoo is owned by them)?
