    How can I get free ring tones on my Verizon Wireless phone?

    I have a ton of music i would love to use for my ring tone, but i don't want to spend $2.99 to pay for something i already have. Is there another way to download this to my phone without going thru a site. I don't have a high tech phone that gets email or anything.
