Right now I live in Michigan, but I really want to go to Arizona State. My dad plans on buying a condo down there in his name for me to live in. So if I had a job and stuff in Arizona for a year, would I qualify for in-state tuition? It's a $12,000 a year difference, so it's kind of a big deal.
