which is better?? which dosent have a $hit ton of viruses??

i want to build a rifle in .338 lapua but i dont know if i can use a standard bolt or if i have to go to a magnum bolt. i know standard is for .308 and 308 wildcats but can it be used for a .338 lapua or am i going to have to go with a magnum action.
