Let me start out by saying I DO exercise in the gym AND play soccer about 3 times a week, 2 hours each time.
I was just wondering what else I can do to lose weight?
Should I drop all sugar and carbs? If so, how long will it take to lose weight and how much weight?

any tips on how to photograph better?
any suggestions on what to photograph?
I like nature and objects. Not so into taking pictures of people.
