Im 16 and 5'4..im not sure how much i weight.
If I eat just a little food to lose weight, how many calories should I consume and what excersises should I do? I want to lose weight..for sure..I've tryed other ways and there too hard.. any help?): thanks..
I just got a Samsung intensity and it has it where every time
I try to go on the phone i have to unlock the keypad.
Is there any way i can take that off? Where i dont have to keep on doing that every time?
