    I would have to say not the Bears or the Blackhawks but the Chicago Cubs. They have the best talent of all the Chicago teams. The Bears have not signed anybody special and the Sox are just plain old and slow. And the Hawks did not sign any big time free agents. And the Bulls.............please!
