Been with Verizon for many years, same phone, same plan no changes. Now in last couple of weeks everyone in my family plan gets this message "express network coverage not available" when trying to send a picture message. Any ideas?

I get the dreaded "One moment please this channel should be available shortly" message on about 14 of my channels about 75% of the time. We have 4 TVs in the house, 3 are connected by coaxial directly to the outlet and 1 is connected to a cable box to get the guide and about 15-20 extra...
