    What are works outs I can do with a treadmill, bike, and dumb bells to get fit?

    I'm 21 male 160lbs and I'm 6'1. I'm fairly slender but I also am really out of shape. I'm starting to get a gut and man boobs are beginning to form lol. What can I do with dumb bells, treadmill, and a bike? I don't have money to go to the gym right now.
