Uhm You may have viruses running on your computer and may not even know. Check Task Manager for any unwanted processes: Ctrl + Alt + Tab to access Task Manager. Maybe upgrade your computer

If your on a laptop you might need to turn your wireless switch to the on position. I'm taking it that you have your bluetooth driver installed too. You should be able to find a setting to make your bluetooth "discoverable" I'm not to big on it thought. I have it for my laptop, but never use it!
