so i just found out the the urban decay vegan eyeshadow palette is discounted to 13 bucks,it comes with the 24/7 eyeliner,and a mini primer potion (in sin) i think thats a steal,and i was about to buy the 24/7 eyeliner which orignally is like what..18 bucks? around there? i would love to get...
