I remember seeing a headset for the Nintendo DS, and it had pictures or Pokemon Diamond and Pearl on them, so can you voice chat in the game? If you can, is it only with friends?

I know that Dr. Gero has his Ultimate Attack when he grabs your face and does it, but I remember in the other games that you did something and you could absorb their ki blasts and Super Attacks. So how?
