    It's Ich. Go to your nearest pet store and get treatment ASAP it is extremely contagious and kills them very fast.

    Chinese Fighting Fish?

    I don't know what color they are, but they lay them in a nest of bubbles, so if there are no bubbles it probably isn't Betta eggs.
