    nail polish advice pleasee :)?

    i bought this cheap nail polish at a store and the color is nice but when it drys omg it looks soo dull and ugly and looks basically dried out soo does anyone know how to give a little shine or add something to the nail polish so it doesnt look dry please and thank you ppl ;)
