I put some .mp4 videos on my HTC Legend, and when I play them the sound works fine, but the video remains just black. What have I done wrong/should I do to fix it?

I need to make it look like money is raining around me. I have Photoshop CS3 and i dont have any good stock photos of money or of raining money, nor can i find a good tutorial to do so. Any help is appreciated.

gotta replace it but thanks to this lovely economy i can't afford a direct fit.. however i do have friends who can do the work for me but i have to get a universal so now i'm wondering what it would take to get the universal to fit.
