The local Metro pcs store in grand rapids does not flash phones (to my knowledge) but if i flash a phone from another carrier such as tmobile/sprint etc or buy a flashed phone of ebay, can I take it to the metro pcs store and have them put my on the 40$ plan with my flashed phone

Hey. I rented a game from blockbuster, but unfortunately, i turned my xbox and the game got one of the circle scratches. i tried both buffing it at another store, and the toothpaste thing, and neither helped much. Im sure blockbuster could buff it out with 2-3 more rounds in the buffing machine...
