SounRAB like something is corrupted somewhere. I would say Try a Master clear (Clear removes User data. Not settings. Just data, text messages, picture messages, bookmarks, pictures, purchased games etc.) if that doesn't work i'd then try a Maser Reset. This pretty much level's out your phone...
